Job Summary:
Responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the front desk, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain guest records and billing accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional grooming and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of PMS (IDS/Opera preferred)
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Qualification & Experience:
- Hotel Management / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years experience in front office or guest services (Freshers can apply)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
