Key Responsibilities
- Supervise execution of furniture installation, civil work and project work at client sites.
- Coordinate with government officials, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and tender requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quantity verification.
- Manage labour, installers, carpenters, fabricators, electricians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate material dispatch, receipt, and installation activities.
- Maintain quality standards during installation and finishing work.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and site regulations.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Attend client meetings, inspections, and project review meetings.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and report project status to management.
- Support project handover and completion documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Pay: ₹10,782.71 - ₹30,000.00 per month
