Manage workforce planning, hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and succession planning.
Identify operational risks and develop scalable solutions.
Present business performance, forecasts, and improvement plans to senior management.
Build a high-performance culture based on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set performance objectives, KPIs, and development plans.
Drive productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue/business targets.
