Job Description :
We are looking for a Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and support overall administration work. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and have basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administrative work
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and manage office calendar
- Coordinate with different departments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Support HR and management tasks when required
- Ensure smooth office operations
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Basic computer operation knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Qualification:
- 12th / Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
- Freshers / Experienced both can apply
Pay: ₹15,721.19 - ₹18,504.33 per month
