Job Responsibility
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, service agreements, investments agreements, lease agreements, memoranda, licenses and other relevant documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documents.
- Collaborate with external lawyers in the drafting, review, and negotiation of legal agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with external legal counsel to gather information, updates, and documentation related to ongoing legal cases.
- Work closely with legal counsel to resolve any contractual disputes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of the company and independent contractors.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the progress of legal agreements and ongoing cases handled by external counsel.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Provide summaries and analysis of legal issues to support decision-making.
- Work closely with the Center managers, and ensure all the legal compliance related to centers are followed properly. Give assistants, and instructions to them for local body registrations, renewals etc.
- Keep up to date with all the legal information and amendments related to the industry.
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal standards.
- Prepare and review employment-related documents, including appointment letters, experience certificates, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Ensure all documents adhere to legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Assist in HR-related jobs, including attendance processing, employee data updations etc.
- Other duties may be assigned, from time to time, by the management that relates to the Business.
Requirements
- LLB or LLM with experience/knowledge in HR operations and labor law compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Legal Advisory, HR Operations, Compliance, and Labor Law Management
- Corporate experience is mandatory
