We are looking for energetic and hardworking Field Sales Executives to promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, kirana stores, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other local businesses in Jaipur.
The candidate will visit assigned market areas daily, introduce our products, generate orders, build retailer relationships, register new customers, and submit daily sales reports through Google Forms.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, meeting shop owners, and earning incentives based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, kirana stores, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and wholesalers in assigned areas.
- Introduce and sell FMCG products to new and existing customers.
- Generate daily orders from retailers.
- Build strong relationships with shop owners and purchase decision-makers.
- Identify new shops and potential customers in the market.
- Collect retailer details for new customer registration.
- Follow up with retailers for repeat orders.
- Share product samples, catalogues, and pricing details where required.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Submit the Daily Sales Visit Report through Google Forms at the end of each working day.
- Report the number of new shops visited, repeat shops visited, orders received, and total order value.
- Coordinate with the office team for deliveries, billing, collections, and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate preferred due to regular field travel and market visits.
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, distribution sales, or field sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in the field can also apply.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Forms.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English will be an advantage.
- Must be confident in speaking with shop owners and retailers.
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
