Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and advertisements
- Manage and update content on websites and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support campaign strategies
- Track and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Assist with organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Support email marketing efforts, including list management and campaign setup
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Google Analytics or HubSpot is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Year prior experience in marketing or administrative roles
- Experience with content creation or graphic design tools
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies
Pay: ₹8,000.25 - ₹25,000.05 per month
