Wintas Group is a growing international export company dealing in agri commodities, pulses, rice, oilseeds, spices, cotton yarn, and food products. We work with international buyers, suppliers, inspection agencies, shipping lines, CHA, banks, and overseas importers to build reliable global trade operations.
We are looking for a smart and hardworking Export Sales Assistant who can support our export sales team in buyer communication, quotation preparation, follow-up, documentation coordination, and day-to-day international trade activities.
Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling international buyer inquiries by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Preparing quotations, proforma invoices, sales offers, and product specifications.
- Following up with overseas buyers for prices, samples, orders, and payment status.
- Coordinating with suppliers, mills, inspection agencies, CHA, freight forwarders, and internal team.
- Maintaining buyer database, supplier database, inquiry records, and follow-up sheets.
- Supporting export documentation such as invoice, packing list, COA, phyto, fumigation, COO, BL details, and shipment updates.
- Searching new buyers and suppliers through Google, LinkedIn, trade portals, and online directories.
- Assisting in price comparison, market rate updates, and product availability reports.
- Ensuring timely communication and professional response to international clients.
- Supporting management in daily export sales operations.
Required Skills
- Good English communication, especially email writing.
- Basic knowledge of export/import business will be preferred.
- Good computer knowledge: MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Gmail.
- Ability to work with data, quotations, product details, and follow-up records.
- Smart internet research skills for finding buyers, suppliers, and market information.
- Confident, sincere, fast learner, and result-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple buyer inquiries at the same time.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in export sales,international marketing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good English, computer skills, and willingness to learn export business can also apply.
