Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Technician Trainee to join our Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about electronics and eager to build hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing power tools and related equipment.
The role involves inspection, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical and electronic components under the guidance of senior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming tools and equipment for electrical/electronic faults
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing internal electronic circuits, PCB boards, switches, and wiring
- Perform routine maintenance and post-service testing of power tools
- Replace faulty components and support calibration activities
- Ensure all repair work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate service records and update repair logs
- Coordinate with dispatch and inventory teams for smooth workflow
- Report recurring technical issues to supervisors or the QA team
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow ESD and electrical safety protocols during repairs
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or equivalent
- Preferred Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant technical trade
· Basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB troubleshooting, and electrical systems
· Hands-on experience (training/internship preferred) in repairing tools, appliances, or small electronic equipment
· Willingness to learn and work in a service-oriented environment
· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
