We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer to help us acquire real users for our dating app. This role is focused on execution, experimentation, and scaling — not just planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition through:
- Instagram (Reels, content strategy, growth hacks)
- Paid Ads (Meta/Facebook/Instagram)
- Plan and execute viral content strategies
- Run and optimize ad campaigns (install campaigns preferred)
- Test different creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Work on influencer collaborations
- Track and improve key metrics:
- Cost per install (CPI)
- Conversion rates
- User retention basics
- Suggest and implement growth experiments
- Work closely with product team to improve onboarding & engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in:
- Instagram growth (must show pages handled)
- Paid ads (Meta Ads Manager screenshots required)
- Ability to show real results:
- Followers growth / engagement
- Campaign performance (CPI, leads, installs)
- Strong understanding of:
- Reels / short-form content
- Target audience behavior (especially youth)
- Fast execution mindset (not just planning)
- Basic analytics understanding
Pay: ₹19,525.52 - ₹23,000.00 per month
