Job Summary
The Site Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, supervisors, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks of materials and workmanship
- Assist in planning work schedules and resource allocation
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions
- Maintain records of materials, manpower, and site measurements
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers for clarifications
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within budget
- Efficiency to handle multiple Sites
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience of minimum 03 years as a Site Engineer
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Working Conditions
- Based at construction site
- May require extended working hours depending on project requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
