Key Responsibilities:
· Install electrical systems for hydraulic lifts, stackers, and scissor lifts.
· Perform control panel wiring, motor connections, sensors, limit switches, push buttons, relays, contactors, VFDs, and safety interlocks.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
· Commission machines and ensure proper functioning of all electrical systems.
· Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLC systems, sensors, and batteries.
· Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
· Test safety systems including overload sensors, emergency stops, and door interlocks.
· Coordinate with mechanical team during equipment installation.
· Provide customer support and technical guidance.
· Maintain service records and electrical reports.
· Travel for site installation and maintenance assignments.
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels
· Wiring, troubleshooting, and motor controls
· Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, relays, and safety devices
· Battery-operated stacker systems knowledge
· Understanding of hydraulic lift electrical integration
· Ability to work independently on customer sites
Qualifications:
· Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical Engineering or related field
· Experience in lift systems/material handling equipment preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
