Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive / Strategic Growth Associate to engage with clients, build strong relationships, and support business growth initiatives. The role involves interacting with industry professionals, understanding client requirements, and delivering excellent customer support and service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Explain services and offerings in a clear and professional manner
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support lead generation and business development activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Basic understanding of customer service and sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business background preferred)
