Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the hospital's digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, lead generation, and online reputation. The role involves managing social media platforms, website content, digital advertising, SEO, online campaigns, and analytics while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management
- Maintain and update the hospital website.
- Publish doctor profiles, health packages, blogs, and announcements.
- Ensure website information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with the IT team for website improvements.
Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Create daily posts, reels, patient awareness campaigns, and health tips.
- Respond to messages, comments, and patient enquiries professionally.
- Increase followers and engagement.
Content Creation
- Develop creative content including:
- Posters
- Videos
- Reels
- Health awareness campaigns
- Patient testimonials
- Doctor interviews
- Festival and health day creatives
Digital Advertising
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
- Monitor advertising budgets.
- Optimize campaigns to improve enquiries and appointments.
- Generate qualified patient leads.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Improve hospital website ranking on search engines.
- Optimize keywords related to hospital services.
- Monitor organic traffic and search performance.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Create promotional email campaigns.
- Send appointment reminders and health package promotions.
- Manage WhatsApp Business campaigns while ensuring patient privacy.
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor Google Reviews and other online platforms.
- Encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews.
- Respond professionally to reviews and feedback.
Campaign Management
- Plan monthly digital campaigns for:
- Health camps
- Free check-up camps
- Health awareness programs
- New doctor launches
- New department launches
- Seasonal healthcare campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Website visitors
- Social media reach and engagement
- Advertisement ROI
Coordination
- Work closely with:

- PRO Team
- Administration
- HR
- Graphic Designer
- Videographer
- External digital marketing agencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,068.27 - ₹40,965.94 per month
