Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of application features with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and deploying applications in various environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of database integration and API development to support application functionality.
