About the role We are currently seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end human resource functions of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management activities. You will ensure that all HR processes are implemented effectively and aligned with organizational policies and objectives.
As an HR Executive, you will collaborate with various departments to understand manpower requirements, ensure timely hiring, and support workforce planning initiatives. You will also work closely with leadership to maintain a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports for senior management, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and internal policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record of managing HR processes effectively. You should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and the capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer release, and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure timely manpower availability as per approved hiring plan.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation with complete accuracy.
- Oversee attendance and leave management processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions to ensure timely salary processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and support during audits or inspections.
- Address employee grievances and support disciplinary processes in coordination with reporting managers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and increment cycle management.
- Conduct HR induction and policy awareness sessions for new joiners.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, recruitment tracker, and compliance status.
- Ensure all defined HR processes are followed without deviation.
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and HR best practices and apply them in daily operations.
Candidate requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR preferred.
· 3yrs experience in HR roles or similar roles
· Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
· Proficiency MS –Excel, Power point, Ms Word.
· Proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada.
· Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
Interest in the Food & Beverages industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
