- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
- Manage site labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Verify measurements and prepare billing quantities.
- Maintain proper documentation (drawings, BOQs, RFIs, inspection reports).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
- 5–10 years of experience in construction/site supervision (experience level may vary).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
