Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle core HR operations including payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of managing HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Conduct employee engagement activities & events
- Implement reward & recognition programs
- Maintain HR MIS reports, data analysis & reporting
- Ensure statutory compliance and handle audits
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR (Generalist/HR Operations)
- Strong knowledge of payroll & labour laws
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & HR reporting
Preferred:
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Experience handling multiple sites/workforce
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
