Job Summary
Mentor Engineering Colleges is seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Head to oversee the institution's administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, maintain compliance with institutional policies, coordinate with various departments, and support the management in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall administrative functions of the institution.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with academic departments for smooth institutional operations.
- Manage campus facilities, infrastructure, transport, housekeeping, and security services.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, University, Government, and statutory regulations.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and service contracts.
- Prepare administrative budgets and monitor expenses.
- Organize meetings, events, inspections, and accreditation visits.
- Maintain institutional records, documentation, and reports.
- Resolve operational issues and provide administrative support to students, faculty, and management.
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Additional certifications in Administration or Facility Management are an advantage.
Experience
- Mandatory: Prior administrative experience in an Engineering College.
- Minimum 3–7 years of administrative experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
