We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Executive to handle outdoor promotional activities for our products. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting products in public places, organizing brand activations, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Outdoor Promotion & Brand Activation
- Promote products/services at outdoor locations, events, markets, malls, societies, and public areas
- Interact with potential customers and explain product features and benefits
- Conduct sampling, demonstrations, and brand awareness activities
Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage promotional stalls, banners, and marketing materials
- Support execution of outdoor campaigns, roadshows, and local activations
- Ensure proper brand representation at all promotion sites
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate customer leads and pass them to the sales team
- Support on-ground sales during promotional activities
- Encourage trials, sign-ups, or purchases depending on the campaign
Reporting & Feedback
- Maintain daily activity and promotion reports
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Report campaign performance and on-ground challenges to the supervisor
Coordination
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams when required
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in talking to people and promoting products
- Energetic, outgoing, and proactive personality
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Willingness to work outdoors, on weekends, and during events
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in field promotion, marketing, or sales is a plus
- Comfortable working in outdoor locations and public places
- Local candidates preferred
- Languages:English, Hindi, Telugu
Performance Metrics:
- Number of promotions/events executed
- Leads generated / samples distributed / conversions (as applicable)
- Brand visibility and customer engagement levels
- Timely and accurate reporting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
