Job Summary
Plumeria Holidays is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader – Telemarketing / Telesales with a proven background in the Timeshare industry to lead a team of Telemarketing Executives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing telemarketing teams, driving presentation bookings, improving conversion ratios, and consistently achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills with the ability to build and sustain a high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Telemarketing/Telesales Executives to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and presentation booking targets.
- Drive team productivity by monitoring outbound calling activities, lead utilization, appointment generation, and conversion performance.
- Coach team members on effective customer engagement, objection handling, and appointment-setting techniques specific to the Timeshare sales process.
- Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve individual and team productivity.
- Ensure optimum lead allocation, timely follow-ups, and maximum conversion of prospective customers into qualified presentations.
- Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to company standards, compliance policies, and sales scripts.
- Analyze MIS reports, KPIs, call metrics, booking ratios, and conversion trends to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure qualified customer appointments translate into successful sales conversions.
- Handle customer escalations professionally while maintaining a superior customer experience.
- Train and mentor new Telemarketing Executives on Timeshare products, customer handling techniques, and company processes.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance standards across the team.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and target-driven work environment focused on continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in the Timeshare Industry is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader handling Telemarketing/Telesales Executives in a Timeshare organization is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving presentation booking, lead generation, and team performance targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading Telemarketing or Telesales teams in a Timeshare organization.
- Strong understanding of the complete Timeshare sales cycle, including lead generation, appointment fixing, customer qualification, presentation scheduling, and sales conversion.
- Demonstrated ability to improve booking ratios, show-up rates, and overall team productivity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Highly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
