Job Description:
We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising shop floor production, handling machine operators, managing manpower, and ensuring daily production targets are achieved in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop production activities.
- Handle machine operators and workshop workers.
- Ensure machines are running properly.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor machine operations .
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns.
- Ensure quality during production.
- Maintain discipline and safety in workshop.
Required Skills:
- Machine operation knowledge.
- Manpower handling and supervision.
- Workshop production knowledge.
- Measuring instruments knowledge.
- Basic reporting and Excel knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
