Role Overview
BICS Global is looking for a Senior AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and MLOps. The ideal candidate will build, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build RAG, Agentic RAG, AI Assistants, AI Copilots, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Fine-tune, optimize, and serve open-source and commercial LLMs.
- Develop AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related frameworks.
- Implement MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation, and observability pipelines.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Deploy AI workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and LLM Fine-Tuning.
- Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, cloud platforms, and scalable AI deployments.
- Proven experience building and deploying enterprise AI applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
- Experience delivering production AI systems and multi-agent applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
