- Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Sourcing
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, from purchase requisitions to Purchase Order (PO) generation and vendor payments.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop reliable domestic and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, lead times, and delivery schedules to achieve maximum cost efficiency.
- Monitor vendor performance based on quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service levels.
- Maintain long-term supplier relationships while exploring alternative sourcing opportunities.
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores, planning, and production teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged materials, shortages, or incorrect deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for material receipt, inspection, and inventory reconciliation.
Documentation & Compliance
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes (GRNs).
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and contract files.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Cost Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze procurement spending and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports, vendor performance reports, and inventory reports.
- Monitor market trends, raw material prices, and supply risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Work closely with finance to reconcile invoices and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in the solar, inverter, electrical equipment, renewable energy, or power industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar products, inverter systems, batteries, electrical components, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.

- Experience in EPC, solar manufacturing, inverter manufacturing, or renewable energy projects.

- Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support production, installation, and project timelines.
Pay: ₹13,750.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
