Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage.
