Job Title: Graphic designer
● Visual Storytelling: Communicating brand messages through layout, typography, and
high-end imagery.
● Expert Video Editing: Mastery in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory. You should know how
to cut raw footage, sync audio, and create seamless transitions.
● Motion Graphics: Creating scroll-stopping animations and motion elements using Premiere Pro.
● Typography & Color Theory: Picking fonts and palettes that don't just look "good" but
dominate the feed.
Software Proficiency
● Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator are non-negotiable.
● After Effects: For high-end motion graphics and VFX basics.
Social Media & Marketing Awareness
● Short-form Content: Understanding the grammar of Reels, and YouTube Shorts (Hook,
Pacing, CTA).
● Trend Awareness: Keeping up with meme culture, trending audios, and viral design styles.
● Performance Creative: Designing and editing high-converting ads for Meta, Google, and
LinkedIn.
● Thumbnail Mastery: Creating high-CTR YouTube thumbnails that people have to click.
Collaboration & Workflow
● Speed & Efficiency: Working with short turnaround times and batch-creating content without
losing quality.
● Creative Interpretation: Turning raw briefs into "Aesthetic" visuals.
● Feedback Loop: Iterating quickly based on performance data and AD feedback.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Filmmaking, or a related creative field.
● Minimum 1-2 Years of proven experience in both Graphic Design and Video Editing
(Portfolio must show both).
● Deep understanding of export settings for different platforms (4K, 1080p, 9:16, 4:5, etc.).
