We are looking for a freelance content marketing specialist whose primary responsibility will be content writing.
The person will be working on blogs, SEO-focused articles, Medium articles, LinkedIn content, social media content, email campaigns, and content required by our sales team.
This is not a role where we are looking for someone who can only write grammatically correct content or rewrite information using AI.
We need someone who can understand our product, research the topic properly, understand what coaching institute owners are searching for, and convert that understanding into useful and easy-to-read content.
The majority of the work will be focused on long-form content writing and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality and well-researched blog articles for the Classpro website.
- Write SEO-focused content based on relevant keywords and search intent.
- Write articles for Medium and other content platforms.
- Create content for LinkedIn, primarily for the company.
- Create social media content for Instagram and repurpose the same for Facebook wherever relevant.
- Write captions, carousel content, post ideas, hooks, and other short-form content.
- Assist in planning and running email campaigns.
- Write email content for product communication, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns.
- Create content required by the sales team, such as brochures, product documents, feature explanations, presentations, case studies, and other sales collateral.
- Maintain a basic content calendar and ensure that the agreed content is delivered on time.
- Coordinate with our internal team to understand the product, customer problems, features, and industry updates.
- Review and improve existing website and marketing content whenever required.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong content writing and editing skills.
- Good understanding of SEO content writing.
- Ability to research a topic properly before writing.
- Ability to write simple, clear, and useful content without unnecessary jargon.
- Understanding of keywords, search intent, headings, internal linking, and basic on-page SEO.
- Ability to write both long-form and short-form content.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing.
- Ability to understand a SaaS product and explain it in a simple manner.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
- Comfortable taking feedback and improving the content based on it.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
