Job Description
Motivate and guide the Resident Warden team for the smooth functioning of hostels.
Act as the Chief Warden in his absence and be prepared to assume responsibilities at short notice.
Regulate the leave and absence of Wardens and Supervisors to ensure uninterrupted hostel operations.
Conduct surprise inspections, including late-night visits, to ensure compliance with hostel regulations.
Identify, process, and follow up on hostel maintenance, improvement, and infrastructure enhancement requirements.
Respond promptly to medical and other emergencies and coordinate necessary relief measures.
Verify mess records and monitor dining hall operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Interact regularly with hostel students and their parents to address concerns and provide support.
Organize sensitization and training programs for Resident Wardens and Supervisors on hostel administration and student welfare.
