Assistant Production Manager
Location: Villupuram, Valudhareddy
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Monitor blending, bottling, labelling, and packaging operations
- Coordinate with stores for availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor in-process quality checks for blending, proofing, filtration, and bottling
- Maintain production and excise-related documentation and records
- Support audits (internal, excise, and external)
Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
- Ensure proper operation of bottling lines, blenders, filters, and utilities
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and corrective actions
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of IMFL production processes
- Understanding of excise rules and compliance
- Basic troubleshooting of bottling and blending equipment
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. (Chemical / Mechanical / Production)
- Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in IMFL / distillery / liquor bottling plant
- Hands-on exposure to blending and bottling operations preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
