Position: Software Tester & Quality Control Executive (ERP & HRMS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Tester & Quality Control Executive to test and validate our School ERP and HRMS applications. The candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, testing newly developed features, validating workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining overall software quality before deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end testing of ERP and HRMS modules.
- Create and execute test cases and testing scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate system workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain testing documentation and quality reports.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Experience testing ERP, HRMS, ERP, or web-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, Bug Tracking, and QA processes.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Ability to prepare test cases and defect reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Automation Testing will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or equivalent.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
