In this role, you are the vital link in the supply chain—bridging the gap between our specialized services and international demand.

What You’ll Do
- Global Outreach: Identify, hunt, and develop new overseas markets and high-value business opportunities.
- Lead Conversion: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from generating leads to converting them into confirmed, high-margin sales.
- Client Command: Manage international accounts through expert-level email communication, high-stakes calls, and virtual presentations.
- Operational Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with our internal pricing, operations, and documentation teams to ensure every shipment moves without a hitch.
- Negotiation & Closing: Master the art of the deal by negotiating commercial terms that win business while protecting company interests.
- Relationship Management: Don't just close and leave; nurture and grow long-term relationships with our existing overseas clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay sharp by monitoring global trade trends, competitor moves, and shifting customer requirements.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven success in Overseas / International Sales.
- Domain Knowledge: You must speak the language of Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Export-Import.
- Communication Mastery: You have "the gift of gab" and can write persuasive, professional emails that get results across cultures.
- Global Mindset: You are comfortable navigating different time zones and are flexible enough to catch a call when the international market is awake.
- Tech Proficiency: You’re a pro with MS Office and know your way around a CRM system to keep your pipeline organized.
