About the Role
Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and employee compensation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with labor laws, taxation regulations, and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management
- Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure proper calculation of salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Validate attendance, leave records, shift data, and payroll inputs before processing.
- Generate payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports for management review.
Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Manage TDS calculations, Form 16 generation, and payroll-related tax compliance.
- Coordinate with government authorities and auditors regarding payroll-related matters.
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR & Employee Support
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Accounts teams for payroll reconciliation.
- Manage full and final settlements, employee exits, and payroll adjustments.
- Support annual salary revisions, increment cycles, and bonus processing.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare payroll dashboards and analytical reports.
- Monitor payroll costs and provide insights for budgeting and workforce planning.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and maintain confidentiality.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline payroll processes.
- Implement payroll controls to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
- Support payroll system upgrades and process enhancements.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
