Role & responsibilities
- Monitor day to day activity at site
- Plan and execute the site as per timelines
- Instruct labour/vendors on daily work and plan and monitor progress
- Measurements for site and checking vendor measurements/bills
- Check and maintain quality of works
- Hold site meetings with all site engineers to plan and track progress of work.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in interior projects
- Experience coordinating interior works such as carpentry , partitions, gypsum works, electrical, fire fighting, hvac, plumbing, tiling, etc
- Diploma Civil or B.E Civil graduation required
- Must be able to travel to site daily
- Coordination and project management is a must
- Plan material and labour as per work schedule.
- EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL INTERIOR PROJECTS
Pay: ₹10,078.07 - ₹30,359.11 per month
