We Urgently required Tour Manager for our Reputed firm in Infopark-Kochi.
Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily operations of travel and tour services. Liaise with tour guides, transportation services, and accommodation providers. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving client issues. Organize and schedule travel itineraries for clients. Monitor and manage tour budgets and expenses. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers. Maintain records and prepare reports on tour operations.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel and tour operations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in travel planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Domestic and International Tour Packages
Experience in Domestic and International Flight Ticketing and Visa Management
