Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive / Academic Counselor / Business Development Executive to drive course enrollments. The role focuses on lead conversion, student counseling, and revenue generation by promoting our online and offline programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups
- Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing the right course
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and career outcomes
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective sales strategies
- Perform lead nurturing, objection handling, and closing deals
- Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Interest in sales, counseling, and business development
- Basic understanding of sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Freshers with passion for sales & experienced candidates are welcome
Preferred Skills (Plus):
- Telecalling / Inside Sales experience
- Academic counseling or EdTech sales background
- CRM tools knowledge
