We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager for our modular furniture manufacturing division. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in modular furniture production along with in-depth knowledge of the interior industry, project execution, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production operations for modular furniture projects
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate with design, interior, procurement, and installation teams
- Monitor quality standards, productivity, and factory operations
- Handle manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure smooth execution of interior and furniture projects
- Minimize wastage and improve operational performance
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs and interior execution processes
- Experience in factory operations, production planning, and team handling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
