Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, particularly in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project estimates for potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–3+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in IT services or software development.
- Experience selling services such as:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- SaaS Products
- Cloud Solutions
- Digital Transformation Services
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Agile development and IT project delivery.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New leads generated per month
- Conversion rate from leads to clients
- Revenue generated from new accounts
- Client retention and relationship management
