- Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and resolve complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.

- Good communication in Tamil & English preferred.
- Customer service experience 2 yrs preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
