Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to company growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) candidates preferred.
