Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, engage with academic institutions, and support the sales pipeline from initial outreach to deal closure. You will play a critical role in enabling Organizations across India to adopt SAP Business One ERP by qualifying leads and coordinating closely with our pre-sales and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads and engage decision-makers at colleges and universities.
· Qualify leads and identify opportunities through needs analysis and initial discovery calls.
· Speak to prospects and present value propositions of the ERP and nurture them and generate opportunities for the sale team
· Nurture and manage a pipeline of prospects; schedule meetings and demos with the pre-sales/field team.
· Maintain detailed records in the CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline status.
· Coordinate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telesales—preferably in software solutions, ERP, Accounting or Business Solutions.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Comfortable speaking with CXO’s over the phone or virtual platforms.
· Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads at once.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales.
Preferred Traits
· Experience working with Manufacturing, Trading and Business organizations.
· Knowledge of ERP functional knowledge is a plus.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong follow-up mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
