We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive with experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance management. Skilled in handling end-to-end hiring, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Strong communicator with a proactive approach to building a positive and productive workplace environment.
✨ Core Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction, including document verification, joining formalities, and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities through HRMS or manual systems.
- Assist in payroll processing by preparing attendance inputs, leave records, and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements such as PF and ESI.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the employee offboarding process smoothly.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee data.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
