Role Overview
We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can transform ideas into visually stunning designs. As a Graphic Designer at The Kika, you will work on diverse projects — from branding and social media creatives to campaign visuals and pitch decks — ensuring every pixel speaks the brand’s language.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise & design high-impact visuals for social media, digital ads, branding, and print materials.
- Work closely with our creative team to bring campaigns to life with fresh ideas and smart execution.
- Adapt brand guidelines into consistent visual language across all platforms.
- Prepare creatives for multiple formats (static, carousel, reels, stories, presentations, print).
- Keep an eye on design trends, pop culture references, and industry innovations to infuse fresh energy into our work.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content writers to create cohesive campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Canva & Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, and colour theory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
- A creative thinker who can also follow structured brand guidelines.
- A portfolio that shows both creativity and versatility.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Motion graphics / basic animation (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
- UI/UX design basics.
- Illustration skills.
