About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Showroom Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, product demonstrations, and sales of premium sanitaryware, bath fittings, wellness products, and plumbing solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge and the ability to guide customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders in selecting suitable products based on design, functionality, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sanitaryware and bath solutions.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical Product Consultation
- Explain product features, specifications, installation requirements, and maintenance procedures.
- Guide customers on:
- Water closets (Wall Hung, Floor Mounted, One Piece, Two Piece)
- Wash Basins & Vanities
- Faucets & Shower Systems
- Concealed Cisterns & Flush Systems
- Bathtubs & Jacuzzis
- Wellness Products (Steam, Sauna, Spa Systems)
- Water Pressure Requirements
- Hot & Cold Water Plumbing Systems
- CP Fittings & Accessories
- Assist customers in selecting products compatible with site conditions and plumbing layouts.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, plumbers, builders, and contractors.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with enquiries and ongoing projects.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
Showroom Management
- Maintain attractive product displays and sample areas.
- Ensure all product information, catalogues, and pricing are updated.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain customer database and enquiry records.
- Update CRM and submit daily sales reports.
- Track quotations, orders, collections, and project status.
Required Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- Sanitaryware and CP fittings
- Plumbing systems and water flow basics
- Bathroom design concepts
- Concealed and exposed installations
- Product measurements and space planning
- Installation requirements and site coordination
- Premium brands such as Grohe, American Standard, Aquant, Jaquar, Kohler, etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Technical background in plumbing, sanitaryware, interior products, architecture support, or building materials preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, plumbing products, building materials, or luxury retail showroom sales.
- Experience handling architects, designers, builders, and premium customers will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical understanding of sanitary and plumbing products.
- Sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/CRM).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
