Job Overview:
Digi Tek Solution is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our digital software products, and converting leads into sales.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, positive attitude, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper records
- Clearly explain company products and services to customers
- Resolve customer queries confidently and effectively
- Maintain daily call reports and performance updates
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth customer handling
- Achieve daily and monthly targets as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Telecalling / Tele Sales experience
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer and software usage
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good learning ability and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Confident in handling customer conversations
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Immediate joining preferred

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(1 Weekly Off – Sunday)
