About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Administration Professional to join our team and work closely with a legal team based in Australia.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle professional communication independently. Since the position involves dealing directly with the Australian legal team, professional communication and understanding of the Australian business environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with the Australian legal team through email, calls, and other communication channels.
- Prepare, edit, format, and maintain documents and correspondence.
- Handle data entry, records, files, and administrative reports.
- Review documents for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and the Australian client/legal team.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and legal-related information.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience in an international sector, Australian process, or BPO environment.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong email-writing and professional communication skills.
- Experience dealing with international clients or teams is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Adobe and ability to work with/edit documents and PDFs.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand instructions, follow processes, and work independently.
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.

The candidate must have:
- A personal laptop/computer suitable for professional work.
- A good and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
- A quiet and professional workspace.
- Availability throughout the required working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AEST, Monday to Friday.
