The role will work closely with the Communications team to assist with content creation, campaign coordination and storytelling across all platforms, event support, and day-to-day communication activities which includes updates from all Cadila processes, internal platforms and billings. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a reputed communication background (MICA or XIX), strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Assist in creating and editing communication materials such as mailers, presentations,company highlights and internal announcements Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events Coordinate with different departments to gather content and updates Help maintain the organization’s communication platforms Support branding and visibility initiatives Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication summaries Ensure consistency in messaging and brand guidelines across all communication channels Provide administrative and coordination support to the Communications team Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Creative thinking and attention to detail Good knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional communications environment
