Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Assist in running social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in content creation and copywriting.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn marketing, and short-form video trends.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is a plus.
