We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to Director who will primarily manage scheduling, appointments, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong people skills, and good proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
- Handle email communication and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data using Excel and MS Office
- Maintain records, documents, and meeting notes
- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination for the Director’s office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
