The Project Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and successfully executing new elevator installation projects from order confirmation to handover. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards while maintaining excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities.
Project Planning & Coordination
. Coordinate all new elevator installation projects.
. Prepare project schedules and installation timelines.
. Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and installation teams.
. Ensure project milestones are achieved as planned.
. Monitor project progress and update management regularly.
Site Management
. Conduct site inspections before installation.
. Verify shaft dimensions, pit depth, overhead clearance, and electrical readiness.
. Coordinate with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.
. Ensure site readiness before material dispatch.
. Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
. Ensure installation follows company standards and safety requirements.
. Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
. Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

. Provide regular progress updates.
. Manage customer expectations and project timelines.
. Address customer concerns professionally.
Material & Logistics Coordination
. Coordinate material dispatch and delivery schedules.
. Track material availability and site stock.
. Ensure proper storage and handling of elevator components.
. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams.
. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
. Conduct quality inspections during installation stages.
. Verify installation quality before testing and commissioning.
. Maintain safety records and site documentation.
Testing & Handover
. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
. Ensure all project punch points are closed.
. Arrange customer demonstrations and training.
. Complete project handover documentation.
. Maintain project files and records.
. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
.Track project expenses and budget utilization.
.Update CRM/MIS systems regularly.
