Job description:
Job Role: Hotel Captain
A Hotel Captain plays a crucial role in the hotel industry, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring Customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise waitstaff, coordinate orders with the kitchen for timely service of vegetarian specialties and monitor table presentation and cleanliness.
- Strong knowledge of vegetarian Indian cuisine, Good English and local language communication (e.g., Tamil)
Guest Interaction: Greeting and seating customer warmly, managing reservations, and addressing their needs.
Team Management: Supervising and training the service team, ensuring high standards of service and hygiene.
Operational Coordination: Overseeing food and beverage service operations, maintaining quality standards, and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Customer Service: Handling customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
